New construction
South Asheville Modern
A ground-up modern home in white stone and stucco — double-height rooms, black steel windows and a spa-grade primary bath.
- Location
- South Asheville
- Type
- New construction
Built from a cleared wooded lot: foundation, framing, a stucco-and-stone shell with deep roof overhangs, then windows on every wall of the great room to pull the trees inside.
The interior is where it shows. A waterfall quartzite island, a stairwell lit by a single slot window, marble-clad baths with a freestanding tub under an arched wood niche.
